We used Smoover to do two large and complicated multi-day moves of valuable and delicate furniture and art from Germany to Italy and from Germany to Spain. They are absolutely the best moving company we have ever dealt with by a mile. From the second we contacted them, they were responsive, friendly and very organised. Everything from start to end was done on a WhatsApp group they set up, and we loved that ease of communication and knowing that everyone was getting the same information. Although we had last minute amendments to both moves, they were accommodating of those, and on the day their team had a great and positive attitude and were very careful with packaging and carrying stuff. They made the whole move feel so much easier and less stressful than we anticipated. I should also mention that we found their prices extremely reasonable for this quality of service and in fact they came in lower on their quotes than some other companies we contacted them.
